The fruit is grown in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September at full ripeness and gently pressed. The juice is separated from the pulp, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10–20 days at 17–18 °C.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine is held in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C.
