Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio is grown in the company’s vineyards in Abruzzo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness in September and gently pressed. The juice is separated from the skins and pulp, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10–20 days at 17–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine remains in steel tanks at 18–20 °C until bottling.
