Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards and from vines that are 80 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September or early October, then sorted and fermented in oak vessels under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 12 months, followed by further bottle ageing in the cellar.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is complex, with bright berry and floral notes. The palate is rich, deep and balanced, with a smooth, enveloping texture, harmonious character and refined structure.
