Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the Tuscan coast in Maremma.
Vinification
For the 2018 vintage, the grapes were harvested between 15 and 25 September. Fermentation took place at 28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matured for 12 months in old 500-litre oak tonneaux, followed by several months in bottle.
