Tasting profile
Intense ruby red with vivid, bright highlights. Aromas of ripe cherry and woodland berries are joined by vanilla, sweet spices and a restrained toasted note from the wood. The palate is soft and enveloping, with succulent fruit and a creamy texture supported by fresh acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long, harmonious and refined, returning persistently to fruit and spice.

Serve at 16–18 °C. Pair with cured meats, aged cheeses, grilled red meats, or traditional first courses featuring game or tomato-based sauces.
