Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vines averaging 25 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September, carefully sorted and dried at the winery. Fermentation takes place at a controlled 16 °C for 15 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for four months, followed by two months in bottle before release.

Aromatic and well balanced.

Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes, seafood and other fish delicacies.
