Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown using biodynamic methods and harvested at full ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and undergo 24 hours of low-temperature skin maceration in stainless-steel tanks. Spontaneous fermentation follows for up to one month. The wine is bottled without clarification or filtration.

An elegant orange wine with an intense aroma and a harmonious, balanced and enjoyable palate.
Vintage notes
The 2019 growing season in Tuscany was successful and productive. Spring was rainy and cooler than usual. Flowering began slightly late in June as warmer weather arrived. Summer temperatures remained within the usual range, with a marked difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
