Vineyard and terroir

The grapes are grown using biodynamic methods. Careful vine management and full fruit ripeness contribute to the wine’s harmonious character.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand. Of the fruit, 90% is fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve its floral notes and tannic strength, while the remaining 10% is fermented in wooden barrels to add softness and roundness. The wine is neither clarified nor filtered before bottling.

Ageing

The stainless-steel-fermented portion, accounting for 90% of the wine, remains in stainless-steel tanks. The other 10% matures in wooden barrels.

Tasting profile

Elegant, soft and mature, with intense fruit and floral aromas. The palate is balanced, harmonious and rounded, with preserved tannic strength.
