Vineyard and terroir
The organically certified vineyards extend over 30 ha on hillsides in the Bardolino Classico area of the province of Verona, near Lake Garda. The soils are glacial moraine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically in September and carefully selected. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.
