Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Vocati vineyard in the province of Asti.
Vinification
Selected grapes are gently pressed. After the first fermentation, yeast and sugar are added for a second fermentation under pressure in sealed stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, following the Charmat method. The wine is then stabilized, microfiltered and bottled. In bottle, it develops a pressure of at least 3 bar at 20 °C.
