The Negroamaro grows in the provinces of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature.

Easy-drinking and generous, with a fresh, light character and juicy fruit flavours.
Serving and pairing
Suited to summer days, served slightly chilled. It goes with pasta, grilled dishes and cheeses.
