The grapes are harvested by hand and by machine, then sorted, destemmed, gently pressed and cold-macerated to bring out colour, flavour and aroma. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation is in stainless steel tanks, which helps the wine keep its freshness and vibrant character.
