Vineyard and terroir
The Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in northwestern Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and crushed, then macerated on the skins at 25 °C for 12 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels.
Ageing
The wine is aged in steel tanks until bottling.

A young, juicy red.
Serving and pairing
Decanting an hour before serving is recommended to help the wine open up fully.
