Change of ownership at Caparsa

Following the deaths of his parents, Caparsa had been divided among Paolo Cianferoni and his two brothers. After two difficult years considering whether the estate would have to be sold, Paolo consulted his five children, who wanted to continue the family project. He acquired his brothers' shares without legal proceedings and became sole owner on 23 April 2025. The decision was intended to preserve the work begun by Reginaldo Cianferoni in 1965 and continued by Paolo and Gianna from 1982.
