Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto under hot, sunny conditions. Glera is cultivated on mineral-rich limestone soils with good moisture retention, while Pinot Nero grows on soils combining clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested both mechanically and by hand, then destemmed and pressed. The must ferments at 14–15 °C for approximately 10–15 days to produce a still base wine. A second fermentation follows in sealed steel tanks using the Charmat-Martinotti method, with yeast and sugar added. The finished sparkling wine is filtered before bottling.
Tasting profile
Juicy and lively, with a delicate strawberry aroma. Bright acidity leads to a clean, refreshing finish, while the Pinot Nero contributes well-defined structure.
