Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on clay soils in the hills of Conegliano, at 300–400 metres above sea level. The site provides warmth from the sun, while the soils contribute mineral character.
Vinification
Made using the Charmat method.

Elegant and lively, with fresh, light fruit, delicate bubbles and an elegant texture.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as a refined aperitif.

The name refers to 1868, the year in which Antonio Carpene invented the Charmat method.
