Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from old and young vines in Costigliole d’Asti. The vineyards face west and have medium-textured soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by 20 September and transported in small crates to preserve the berries intact. After gentle pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for approximately 40 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in concrete tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for eight months in cement tanks, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.

Juicy, with notable depth and balance.
