Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from west-facing vineyards in Costigliole d'Asti. The soils are of medium texture, and the vines are 20–25 years old on average.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in mid-October. The grapes are gently pressed, and the must remains in contact with the skins for about 60 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in cement tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for three years in oak barrels.

Rich and complex, developing greater harmony with cellaring.
