Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Bassa Atesina at approximately 600 m above sea level. The high-altitude vineyards have cool conditions that help preserve acidity. Sandy, gravelly soils provide good drainage and contribute to vividly aromatic fruit and pronounced freshness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated for 4–8 hours before careful pressing. The must is settled at low temperature, then fermented under temperature control in stainless-steel tanks to preserve pure fruit aromas and freshness.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for at least six months, developing a fuller texture, greater aromatic depth and a harmonious palate.
Tasting profile
Fruit and herbal aromas accompany lively acidity. The palate is fresh, clean, balanced and elegant.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, goat-cheese salads and light dishes.
