Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on limestone and gravel soils in some of Alto Adige's most prestigious vineyards and are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine spends 18 months in barriques, then 6 months in steel tanks, followed by 12 months in bottle in the winery's cellar. The text gives the long ageing period as 3 years in total, which allows the wine to develop its full potential.
