Vineyard and terroir
The Inzolia grapes grow in Sicily under intense sun. Feudi del Pisciotto is located 7 km from the sea, between Caltagirone and Piazza Armerina.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C for 15 days. The winery transfers must and wine to the vats by gravity.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for six months.
