Fermentation takes place at 28–30 °C, with 8–10 days of skin contact. During this period, the cap is irrigated by délestage to promote a persistent aroma and deep colour.

Well balanced, with soft tannins and an intense ripe-berry flavour.
Label / history
The label depicts the Mona Lisa. Both the label and the wine’s name pay tribute to Leonardo da Vinci, after whom the producing winery is named.
