Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Rubicone area, where constant air movement from the Adriatic and the Alps contributes to a favourable climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late August to early September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in neutral vessels.

The Romio range was created in 2002 as a selection of Italian wines intended for restaurants and contemporary consumer preferences.
