Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards occupy well-exposed sites with rich soils. The Mediterranean climate brings dry, hot summers, short, mild winters and strong winds.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in August. Maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures briefly in oak barrels.

The Romio range was created in 2002 and comprises wines made from selected grape varieties grown in Italian wine regions.
