The local varieties are harvested from late September to early October. Maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks.

The wine rests briefly in neutral vessels.
Tasting profile
Grillo contributes delicate citrus and jasmine notes and a juicy, slightly sweet character. The other varieties bring light, fruity acidity.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish dishes, lasagna, seafood pasta and light meat dishes.
