Vineyard and terroir
Caviro sources the grapes from partner growers with vineyards in regions across Italy. The wine is made exclusively from local grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October. Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
A short period of ageing in neutral vessels follows. The wine can be drunk young or aged for 3–5 years.
Tasting profile
A light, semi-dry white that is fresh, full of fruit, refreshing and lively in style.
Serving and pairing
Suited to simple dishes, snacks and seafood, and to serving as an aperitif.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Caviro's "TINI" range of approachable Italian wines and internationally styled wines at affordable prices. Caviro was founded in 1966, when several producers joined forces to make a quality product. It brings together more than 41 wineries and 20,000 growers. Average annual production is around 500 million litres, of which more than 200 million are exported.
