Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot and Sangiovese fruit is grown in vineyards in Veneto. The region’s distinctive soils and generous sunshine contribute to the wine’s character.
Vinification
The grapes undergo skin maceration for 4–8 days. The must is then transferred to dedicated tanks for alcoholic fermentation lasting 8–10 days at a controlled temperature of 25–30 °C.
Tasting profile
Rich ruby in appearance, with an intense aroma marked by subtle clove and raspberry notes. The palate is delicate, refined and light, with complexity and a smooth, balanced character.
