Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay and Trebbiano fruit is grown in Puglia. The vineyards used for the white wines are cooled by cold northerly winds and sheltered from intense sunshine by high mountains.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then the must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C.
Tasting profile
Golden highlights accompany the very pale colour. The aroma is rich, fruity and floral. The palate is delicate, refined and harmonious, with a balanced character and notable complexity.

Its balanced character makes it suitable for pairing with a wide variety of foods.
