Grapes
The blend includes Primitivo and Shiraz alongside Negroamaro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October, then gently destemmed and pressed. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 21–23 °C, with 21 days of skin maceration. Added yeast initiates alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless-steel tanks.
