Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown near the city of Modena in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
Whole bunches are gently pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place at low temperature in closed cuvées.

Energetic in character, with an intense, layered palate and a slightly sharp edge.
