The fruit is grown in the company’s vineyards in Emilia-Romagna.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine is then bottled under pressure.

Recommended pairings include smoked meats, sausages, assorted cold cuts, pasta and classic dishes from Emilia-Romagna.

The wine received a gold medal at the 2018 Sommelier Wine Awards.
