The vineyards lie among the hills of Montalcino. Work follows the rhythms of nature, with the plants allowed to develop freely and intervention kept to a minimum.
Vinification
The cellar approach likewise avoids invasive intervention. Each vintage and each harvest is treated as an individual expression. The house style is framed around energy, pure fruit, elegant structure and concentration without heaviness.
