Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Veneto, on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the area of the historic Strada del Vino Prosecco. The terroir is marked by a mild climate and clay soils, which contribute fruit and floral aromas and a balanced character.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks with added yeast. A second fermentation follows in tank using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
The bouquet is expressive. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with good structure.
