Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Contarini’s vineyards in Veneto. The Alps shelter the region from cold northerly winds, while the Adriatic Sea lies to the southeast and sends warm breezes inland. The soils are predominantly clay and sandy clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified according to the traditional method for dry white wines.
