Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Contarini’s own vineyards in Veneto. The Alps shelter the area from cold northern winds, while warm breezes arrive from the Adriatic Sea to the southeast. The soils are predominantly clay and sandy clay.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
