Vineyard and terroir
Contarini’s 12 hectares of vineyards are in Eastern Veneto, in the lands of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The Alps shelter the vineyards from cold northern winds, while breezes from the Adriatic Sea bring warmth. The soils contribute a broad range of flavours and aromas to the grapes.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif, the wine pairs with seafood, creamy soups, risotto, sushi, white meat and fresh cheeses.
