Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Contarini’s own vineyards. The estate’s 12 hectares are protected from cold northern winds by the Alps and warmed by breezes from the Adriatic Sea. The soil contributes a broad range of flavours and aromas to the grapes.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo traditional vinification for sparkling rosé.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with appetisers, delicate first courses and fish dishes.
