Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Conti Zecca’s oldest and largest vineyard in Salento, which covers approximately 190 ha.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, then macerated and fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 15 days at 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in new barriques, followed by six months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Bright and fruit-forward, with good acidity.
