Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the hills of the Berici area, where the soils are predominantly clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night in late August. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks over 20 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in stainless steel tanks and barriques.
