Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on limestone and clay soils in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late summer and fermented for 20 days in stainless-steel vats. Malolactic fermentation is prevented.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for approximately six months.
