Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards on the volcanic soils of the hills of Roncà.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September and placed in small 10 kg crates. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 30 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 10 months.
