Grapes
Cabernet Sauvignon forms the majority of the blend, with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc.
Vinification
The grapes remain in contact with the skins for 16–18 days, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for one year in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new, followed by a further year in bottle.
Tasting profile
The flavour is elegant, intense and balanced.
