Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Montecchiesi estate’s vineyards at an altitude of 280 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels for three weeks.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless steel tanks, followed by at least 45 days in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
