Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested and dried for several months. After careful sorting, selected berries ferment for 10 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for 25 months before the final blend is assembled, followed by a further 25 months in bottle.
