The fruit is grown in the municipality of Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed, then fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks to retain a clean, fruity character. The bubbles are produced by the Charmat method, with secondary fermentation in steel tanks.

Traditionally served as an aperitif. It pairs with fish and seafood, poultry, white meat, vegetables, light salads, soft cheeses and fruit.
