Vineyard and terroir
Fertile soils and abundant sunshine and warmth allow the grapes to ripen slowly and develop plentiful juice.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are dried for 90 days using the appassimento method. The must is then vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in French oak barrels for two years.
