Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the producer’s sunny vineyards.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C. Secondary fermentation follows using the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with appetizers, light dishes, salads and desserts.
