Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vines planted in 2007 in the Greco di Tufo area, at 480 m above sea level on clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into 15 kg crates and transported to the winery. After sorting, they undergo cryomaceration and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for three months in stainless steel, followed by three months in bottle.
