Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards in Livorno, on soils composed of silt and sand.
Vinification
The fully ripe grapes are harvested in September, carefully sorted and pressed at the winery. The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on fine lees for 14 months, with regular bâtonnage contributing roundness and a velvety texture. It is bottled after stabilization.
