Vineyard and terroir
The 2024 season in Sicily was marked by a dry autumn and winter, followed by a dry spring and a hot summer without rainfall. Harvest took place from the first through the third week of September.
Vinification
After destemming, the grapes undergo a short maceration in the press at a controlled temperature. The extracted must ferments in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees for approximately 3 months, followed by at least 1 month in bottle before release.

2024 vintage. Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Total acidity: 6.5 g/L. pH: 3.18. Bottle format: 750 mL.
Tasting profile
Medium-intensity pink with rosy hues. The nose offers distinct floral notes of violet and rose alongside wild strawberry. The palate is elegant and refined, with pronounced freshness and a clearly defined character.
Serving and pairing
Suited to a refreshing aperitif or a toast with friends, particularly with fish or white-meat dishes.
Label / history
The wine presents a fresh, lively expression with citrus-fruit and white-peach nuances and a youthful Sicilian character. Its label features Renato Guttuso’s 1959 oil painting Paesaggio dell’Aspra.
